This research aims to test whether the implementation of good governance, financial management, quality human resources, and community participation influence village accountability in Batang Kuis sub-district Percut sei Tuan sub-district. is a quantitative study with causal associative analysis. It uses primary data through questionnaires directly given respondents, namely heads, secretaries, treasurers, communities villages located sub-districts. The sampling technique purposive sampling. tool used this WarpPLs 3.0. results showed resources had positive significant effects on sub-district, p-value 0.05, goodness fit can be said model model.
